In 2020, he founded the Ukrainian Chapter of IBNS and became its first President.

In 2021, he was elected to the IBNS Board of Directors and became a Lifetime Member #259.

In 2024, following international elections, Serhiy was appointed Regional Director for Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa — representing collectors and institutions across 96 countries.

In 2025, he established the IBNS Mosaic Chapter, aimed at uniting collectors, dealers, and market organizations across this diverse and dynamic region.
